Over the last 5 years, Jamie has been turning his passion for people and planet into creative business ideas and projects which engage people in making a difference in the community. A former business owner, marketer and event organiser, he is now an experienced facilitator with a systemic approach, who utilises frameworks including; Organisational Constellations, Open Space Technology and World Café. So far as a direct result of these skills he has co-created a community farm (co-operative) and a youth led, adult supported environmental movement (not-for-profit).
He designs workshops and catalyst programmes for young people to be facilitators and leaders in schools and in the community. He works with schools, young people and organisations in order to create empowered and passionate communities who take practical action to inspire change and dialogue around co-creating the world we could choose to live in.
With over 15 years experience working in, managing and setting up start up companies in sectors including Technology, Recruitment, the Arts, Not for profit, Co-operative and Charity, Jamie has a wealth of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and specialises in discovering and harnessing the power of purpose.
